Yes, I have worked at studios in the past. You can find that on the link I gave for "experience". Most have closed or simply gone inactive. :(
I really hope you'll take a look at my DA account before declining/accepting, as it gives a better view of my work overall. What I have posted here is my "best and brightest", as I'm sure everyone likes to post in their applications. More recent work has taken considerably less time (only a few hours instead of a few days), but shows new techniques and styles, too.

-- I will be the first to say that not every piece I make is completed "equally". I tend to put a lot more time and effort into pieces either made for my own pleasure or made for characters (as opposed to images made for SIM games).

I don't *exactly* have five coding examples, but I'll show you what I do have:

-- If you look at this page (http://www.altered-humanity.com/generators.php) you'll see two generators I built. The codes they generate (well, and the generators themselves) are my own. As I said, I don't exactly have five examples, because I got tired of coding basic scroll layouts for people, and just made them a tool so they could do it themselves. Basically if it speaks HTML/CSS, I can code it.
