Done! Please don't upload it to other image hosts, (I don't delete things from my dA so there's no need to really). Also, please don't edit it at all, just ask me! I'd love to know the link where you're going to use it too (so you don't get mistaken for an ebil thief).
I'm waiting on one of the stock providers for permission to use it off-site, but feel free to link to it until then!

The stock provider is being slow to get back to me, but I'm sure it's all right to use the clickable. It has credits on it, so she shouldn't have a problem. If she does, we'll just take it down!
Ooops! I thought all non-forum users were super-awesome at HTML (unlike me!) cause their tables are always so pretty. xD Here's the image link code:
