Image Ideas: Ok so this girl is slightly unusual. She has the ability to speak to the dead, although she does no wish to. She always tries to ignore them but obviously it does her no good. Which often results in anger spurts, but when she does go into a rage, she has no expression on her face that shows it. Instead the blue markings on her body (including her eyes), begin to glow a neon blue.

*breaths*

Now that I have explained that, I was thinking of a manip with ghost equines scattered in the backround, with my mare sort of lashing out in anger which in turn causes her markings to glowing? But whatever works is fine! :]

Hey, Dinosaur! I finally got down my list to your girl here. I have the background blended, all the coloration on your character done, and a few ghost ponies sorted out. All i'm doing is working with placement and lighting and such. I just need to know WHERE her glows come from. I figure her eyes glow and possibly the hooves, but is that it? Or do the white 'ribbons' also contribute to the fantastic glowing effect?

Well, every blue marking on her glows. This includes, as you said, her eyes, hooves, as well as the markings in her mane and tail. But no, the ribbons on her legs don't glow.
