Example post with requested character:
Every once in a while it looked to me like someone was going to venture over, introduce themselves, annoy me. But thankfully, at the last moment, it was like they thought better and changed direction. It could’ve been that they didn’t really want to talk to me or maybe my coat was so oddly colored they didn’t know what to make of me… But it was probably the glare I fixed on them as they approached; an ‘I bite so back off’ kind of look. I really wasn’t in the mood to deal with courtly stallions and I found the look was good at keeping ‘weaker’ males away. Who wanted to deal with a bitch when they really didn’t have too? I wanted to attract someone with a personality, someone who was ready for a challenge.
I looked up. I’d heard someone approaching from far off and I searched for the figure, my bad girl gaze already in place before I found him. He seemed to slow down and regard me for a minute, which is when I started to let the look fade around the edges, glad he was going to leave me alone. But then he kept coming. I knew I probably looked puzzled so I wiped my face clean, kept it blank until I figured this guy out. I watched him as he walked all the way up to me, giving me nod for a greeting. Thank gods he seemed normal. For now. Some of the loser stallions from my old life did some weird curtsey thing that brought them down on one knee… Stupid.
I shook my head, focusing on the rather large stallion that was speaking to me. Man he was big! He had like a whole foot on me and I found I didn’t really like the fact that I had to look up at him. It made me feel weak and like a foal again. I immediately got defensive with him, even as I offered a casual smile. ”Well I hope you can handle some heat. I’m super spicy, I promise.” My voice was deep, rough; the tone only held a little bit of sarcasm. Bully for me.
I looked him up and down, much like a man would look at a woman and I even let my eyes linger in some places. I felt a smile forming on my face and I looked up to focus my eyes on his again. ”Do you not have enough toys at home that you’re out here looking for more?” I was interested to see what kind of fun this guy could be before I decided to play nicely. If I hurt his feelings than he really wasn’t someone I wanted to associate with and if I didn’t scare him off… Well, then we’d have to see.
