That actually looks absolutly amazing!!! I guess you did not need the reference piccy since that is exactly what she looks like but one small change would be the intensity in her markings and a possible saying but if it detracts from the ppicture do not worry bout it. ^_^ Maybe make the markings stand out just a little bit more and that is it on the nose.
