Please follow these rules when requesting images.
1. Title your thread with the name of your character and in brackets either open or the name of the artist you would like to complete the image.
Example: Character Name - [open] or Character Name - [entaie]
2. One request per member. You may request another after your current request has been completed.
3. You will have 2 weeks to pick up your completed request, after that the artist may do what they like with the image.
4. If a request has not been claimed by an artist in 2 weeks or posted in for 2 weeks, then the order will be removed and you will have the chance to request again.
Staff
1. Once you've claimed a request please change the 'open' in the title to your name. Once the request is completed please edit the title so it says completed.
2. If a member has specificaly requested you as the artist you are allowed to decline the request. The request will then be open to any artist, unless the requester states otherwise.
3. You will have 2 weeks to complete an order, unless you've posted in the away board and/or informed an admin. After that it will be opened up for another artist to claim.
4. You may only claim open requests, no double claiming please.
5. Only accepted staff members may claim requests.
