The rule of the human race is over. The apocalypse came upon the earth slowly, at first no one but those who had deeply studied up on the subject saw it coming. Those who knew tried to warn everyone, but who would believe them? Who had time to listen? Now they were all gone, in a time span of only seven years the entire human race was wiped out. The evidence and artifacts of their rule over the earth was still there though. The cities, towns, houses, ranches… they were all still there and standing strong…
It has only been a couple months since the last human walked across this earth; the animals were at rule now. The earth was wild again, free of human pollutants and human terror. What happened to the domesticated animals? Only the strong of those survived. The ones that were smart enough to leave and break free of their captivity are the only ones that made it. Death was everywhere for the domesticated animals…
Redemption is the horses’ side of the story, what happened to them after their humans disappeared, how they escaped their homes and began rebuilding their lives, the way they were supposed to be as God had first created them, free and in herds, wild beauties. Will they find peace and tranquility in their new world without humans?
